Warranty Information on NEW Bicycles
All NEW bicycles include 2 (two) years free tune-ups/unlimited maintenance. We'll keep your NEW bike running smoothly for 2 years - no charge. Drop it off and we'll get it back you to ASAP, Usually a day or two.
Tune-ups include:
front and rear brake adjustments
front & rear derailleur adjustments
front & rear wheel truing
front & rear hub adjustments
bottom bracket & headset adjustments
lube, air
seat, stem & handlebar adjustments
As much as you want or need in 2 years.
Parts are warranteed against defects for 1 (one) year
Frames are normally guaranteed for life (aluminum and steel) - some frames are guaranteed for only 6 months to 5 years. (Some BMX, Carbon and Full Suspension).
All fall under the manufacturers warranty.
Parts NOT covered under warranty are tires, tubes, brake pads, grips - anything rubber, and cables.
Bull Run Bicycles warrants all NEW bikes against defects according to the manufacturer.
NEGLECT, ABUSE, CRASHES, MIS-USE and NORMAL WEAR & TEAR
are NOT covered under warranty.
ALL suspension components have 1 (one) year manufacturers warranty.
This applies to the ORIGINAL OWNER ONLY!

ALL LABOR is guaranteed for 30 days! Bring your bike to us and we'll make sure it is right! We take great pride in our mechanical skills and workmanship.
Over 30 (40 combined) years experience! We strive to make your bike run as smooth as possible! Whatever bike problem you might have, we will do our best to fix it....and quickly too!
If, for any reason, you feel like we missed something or something isn't right, you've got 30 days to let us know so we can correct it and/or make it right!
Warranty information on USED bikes
All USED bikes have a 30 day LABOR warranty. All USED bikes have been extensively inspected. All USED bicycles have been tuned, checked for safety and cleaned-up! In many cases, USED bikes will have old parts replaced with new parts, for example; tires, tubes, cables, chains, etc. Whatever is needed to get our used bikes in tip-top shape!!
